Thirteen years ago Theresa McCoy brought a small school for young children into the 21st Century by helping the administration establish good business practices.   For instance, she modernized the school bookkeeping system by transferring the current system to Quick Books. She worked with the Board of Directors to set up a reserve fund. Theresa oversaw two audits and assisted the administration during the process of applying for 501(c)(3) status. Once the school was incorporated, she took on the annual 990 filing. Furthermore, she advised the school administration on ways to increase staff benefits and then served as a resource to teachers as the benefits were implemented.
